MIDEL, founded in 1969, has since as its main activity the manufacture of stainless steel kitchen sinks, as well as the production of components for the kitchen & bath industry.
We design all kinds of sinks from the most current and modern to the most timeless and functional. We manufacture with top quality materials that give the product great durability and we follow a manufacturing process that follows the most demanding quality standards, complying with the European Standard EN 13310, as well as having ISO 9001 certification at our Barcelona plant.
Midel is part of the COMSAN conglomerate of companies.

COMSAN is the brand that identifies our different industrial activities and aims to bring together and transmit the spirit that characterises us as a family business. We design, develop, manufacture and supply sinks, toilet seats and Versagrit® composites for multi-sector industries. We provide OEM solutions to sanitary ware companies and commercialise portfolio products to kitchen and bath distributors.

MIDEL history
1963
Complementos Sanitarios is born. First company of our industrial conglomerate, dedicated since its origin to the manufacture of toilet seats.
1969
Midel is founded. Manufacture of stainless steel sinks and fixation sets for our toilet seats.
1987
Pressan is founded. Dedicated to the manufacture of plastic components for our toilet seats.
1989
Fenoquímica is founded. Formulation, manufacture and distribution of Versagrit® composites.
1999
We open our own toilet seat paint formulation and production plant
2001
We install our first manufacturing Robot (there are currently over 40 robots in all our factories).
2003
Automated painting line for toilet seats (1.500pz/h - 1.4 km length).
2008
Comsan Suzhou (China) is founded for the manufacture of toilet seats for the Asian market.
2011
We begin the production of Duroplast. toilet seats in Spain.
2015
We open our design centre for the development of new products and solutions.
2021
First manufacturing cell for Versagrit® toilet seats that is 100% automated.
