Focused on continuous improvement
At MIDEL the production process is meticulous and efficient, guaranteeing the manufacture of high quality products that meet market expectations. Recently, we have implemented the CBS culture, Comsan Business System, in the production area. Under these initials, we have integrated our company management system based on lean manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies that promote continuous improvement and aim to achieve superior service with our customers.
The mission of the CBS management system is to strengthen the culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, along with the digital integration of production processes, operations, and resources. Through small actions, standardizing results, discipline in their application, and measuring results to continue seeking improvement opportunities.
This is how we produce our sinks
The production cycle is divided into several key stages, from the acquisition of raw materials to the final distribution of the finished product.
Raw Material Selection
The process begins with the careful selection of high-quality raw materials, mainly stainless steel. These materials are essential to ensure the durability, corrosion resistance and aesthetic appearance of the sinks.
Deep drawing, stamping and welding
Midel directly controls all its deep drawing, stamping and welding processes, with its own technology and adapted to our needs to ensure the highest quality standards. We have two deep drawing lines, an automatic and a semi-automatic one, a robot welding process and stamping presses.
Polishing
A very important part of our process is the polishing stage, where we define the final finishing of all our products with our own hallmark, the result of the experience acquired. We have mechanical polishing lines and two CNC machines.
Finishing
In this phase we ensure that our products will reach our customers expectations. We have an automatic, high temperature washing and drying line, for an impeccable appearance, and a laser marking process. The packaging line ensures that the product reaches the customer in perfect conditions.
Packaging and Distribution
Once approved, sinks are carefully packaged and labeled for shipment. The company efficiently coordinates distribution to meet market demands and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
